5. Cancellation and Return Policy It's easy to come back to and reorder at any time. To cancel the autoship program: Contact a Customer Service Specialist by sending an email to sales@cj-industry.comPLEASE NOTE: Shipping is non-refundable. Our system does not allow us to issue you a refund, until you receive your free condoms. Please include order # from your first order, without this info we cannot cancel you from autoship program. No returns will be accepted if postmarked 15 days after the date your order was shipped. You must cancel autoship orders prior to their shipment. No returns will be accepted if the autoship was not cancelled prior to our sending the next package.
In the event that a chargeback is placed on a purchase, we reserve the right to report the incident for inclusion in a chargeback abuser database.The information reported will include name, email address, order date, order amount, IP address, full address, and phone number. Chargeback abusers wishing to be removed from the database shall make the payment for the amount of the chargeback + $100 for processing fees by Money Order.
